Service Lead - Water/Wastewater

Description

• Manage MUD and large residential projects from design through delivery, with focus on lift stations, pump stations, and treatment plant work.
• Lead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice in Dallas and across Texas.
• Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to advance service initiatives and position the firm as a market leader.
• Lead and train a team of 3-7 junior engineers, whilst hiring and onboarding new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE)
