Collaborate with IT Support team and other staff members on projects
Create\maintain end user knowledgebase articles on frequently requested issues\processes
Provide amazing customer support to all employees
Troubleshoot and resolve end user\PC issues
Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec’s vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive on company business.
Maintain equipment\software inventory, including decommission\donation process for old equipment
Maintain documentation for end user internal IT processes (IE: New Hire, Separation. Etc.)

Basic PC hardware troubleshooting epair knowledge
Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Familiarity of Microsoft Entra/Azure AD
Must be detail-oriented
Experience with Mobile Device Management systems (MDM)
Be physically able to kneel, stoop and crawl.
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site.
Hands-on experience with Intune/Autopilot and provisioning devices
Experience with a Helpdesk/Support ticketing system
Knowledge of Active Directory
Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.
Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Products (Word, Access, Visio, etc.)
Recent graduate, or current student focusing on an Information Technology degree
