Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, offering assistance and answering any inquiries they may have
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products
Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Engage customers in product demonstrations and explanations, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions
Ensure products are properly tagged with pricing and promotions
Assist in inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock counts and restocking inventory
Handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and process exchanges or returns.
Participate in product knowledge training sessions to enhance expertise and sales skills
Adhere to store security measures and assist in loss prevention efforts to minimize theft and shrinkage
Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Actively listen to customers' needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences and requirements
