Description
The Lead – Cluster PMO directs and coordinates project‑management activities, annual operating plans, strategic initiatives and regulatory approvals. This role ensures development projects are planned, executed and delivered on time, within optimal cost and quality parameters, and aligned with business objectives. The Lead also fosters cross‑department collaboration, engages stakeholders and cultivates relationships with local authorities to streamline clearances and execution strategies.
