The role’s purpose is to own the transition of finance processes into the GDC, ensuring readiness, knowledge transfer, and a seamless hand‑over. It bridges regional teams, IT, and tower leads during ERP rollout and future migrations.
Key responsibilities include developing transition blueprints, assessing readiness, managing onboarding and training, coordinating cut‑over activities, monitoring post‑go‑live performance, documenting lessons learned, and working closely with ERP project leads on data migration and change impact.
Candidates should have 8–10 years of experience in process‑transition or migration management, including participation in major system‑replacement programs and ERP deployments. Strong project‑management, communication, and exposure to global shared‑service setups are essential.
