Monitoring attendance for MTVH-led activities.

Reporting repairs and maintenance issues promptly
Opening and closing Hill View Community Centre when required.
Supporting daily operations to ensure the centre delivers a positive experience for all users.
Supporting community activities by playing an active role in enabling and assisting the delivery of events, programmes, and initiatives held at the centre.
Will deliver excellent customer service to all users of the centre.
Monitoring fridge/freezer contents and temperatures to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Actively promoting Hill View Community Centre to residents, community groups, and the wider public to increase engagement and usage.
Completing checklists with hirers when locking up, identifying any issues and reporting concerns to the Regional Community Coordinator.
Undertaking training as identified to enhance skills and support the role effectively.
Ensuring the centre is stocked with essential supplies (e.g. cleaning products, hand towels) and reporting shortages to the manager.
Updating internal and external notice boards with relevant and timely information.
Monitoring health and safety, including building systems, and escalating issues as needed.
