- Maintain accurate records of progress, repairs, and maintenance activities in the field
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, site owners and other stakeholders
- Provide technical support to other field personnel during installation and commissioning
- Operate trucks, bucket trucks, digger derricks, and construction equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during commissioning
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and materials
- Assist as needed with functional testing and various troubleshooting tasks
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of medium voltage interconnection systems
- Ensure that all equipment is installed and commissioned in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and industry standards
- Installation and termination of 15/25/35kV overhead and underground equipment

- Understanding of medium voltage grounding

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Class B CDL required (Class A Preferred) / 1C2A Hydraulic license required
- Familiarity of reclosers, meter clusters, group operated air breaks, etc.
- CPR/First Aid
- Ability to sit or drive for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in extreme weather
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain
- Confined space training
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Completion of NFPA 70E courses
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices; Clear understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices and procedures; Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams as well as other construction/DAS/design drawings or permitting documentation
- 5+ years of electrical experience with electrical license
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 50 pounds
- Journeyman lineman/electrician license
- Capable of passing pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
