Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as CostX and Buildsoft
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on site-based roles with minimum 3 years in Supervision Consultancy and an overall experience of 15 years.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Professional certification from a recognized quantity surveying body (e.g., RICS, AACE)
