We are looking for a Store Administrator to take on responsibility for the completion of any administration related work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions at Score (Canada) Ltd.
- Updating stock on system & editing PO locations for PO Receipts.
- Adhere to the controls in place regarding to the Company archives.
- Ensuring all department administration is updated correctly in a timely cost-effective manner.
- Assisting with QA / Stores Document creation / Scanning and saving.
- Compiling Project Picking Lists and Return Orders.
- Assist in the controlling of ALL Score / Client folders relating to administration within the materials team.
- Compiling pressure test reports for general valves/actuators/PSV’S + Updating test log Spreadsheets.
- Prepare for and attend in-house meetings to discuss ongoing / future tasks.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to Customs issues related to the Company’s business.
- Marine & Cenovus administrative support for inventory management.
- Ensure you are working at maximum capacity to meet priority deadlines.
- Scanning the below documents into shared job folders - Delivery Notes, Goods in / Goods out Checklists, Stores Returns and Requisitions, QA Cards / Charts, Final Test Reports, NDE Reports & Paint Reports

- Cross trained for providing assistance and coverage for workshop & sales administrators.
- Post-secondary office education (Office Admin or Equivalent)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Access, Project & PowerPoint required.
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office suite of programs.
