Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
Update systems for all customer interactions, installations and payments.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures
Be the “energy expert” for potential customers to assess their energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and battery storage
Answer customer inquiries (by email or phone) and basic problem solving for all consumer energy devices (such as solar, battery & EV chargers) and provide level 1 advice
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on device operation and maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service to build referrals and repeat business.
Provide input customer communication templates and scripts.
Convert warm leads into sales through phone consultations, phone calls and emails/messaging.
Co-ordinate with other teams both internal to Intellihub and partner companies to move customers through the funnel from lead to conversion.

Prior experience in a fast-paced customer sales and service environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to customer inquiries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
