The Leasing Consultant drives marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, preparing leases, managing move‑ins, handling accounting reports, executing off‑site marketing, analyzing market trends, and overseeing lease enforcement and renewal processes.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service. Required skills include strong communication, presentation, computer proficiency (including property‑management software), and a valid driver’s license. Physical duties involve lifting up to 20 lb independently, up to 50 lb with assistance, and frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
