Audit incoming paperwork, ensure suites are completed for move-ins, respond to tenant inquiries regarding policies & procedures, and update Yardi accurately
Perform data administration including Yardi and tenant contact info updates
Reconcile accounts while processing move-ins
Coordinate auto debit accounts with Resident Managers
Manage lease renewals and ensure accounting receives required documents
Save all move‑in, move‑out, and application documents to the hard drive
Answer phone calls and greet visitors at the front door
Order and maintain office supplies
Assist other team members when required
Perform collection duties, monitor collections, and communicate with tenants
Represent the company at RTDS and handle RTDS filing
