AVP Corporate Finance

• Review and monitor the group's hedging strategy, including managing FX and interest rate swap transactions to align with financial risk management objectives.
• Support M&A activities by developing and presenting compelling pitch decks and financial models to showcase deal viability.
• Lead all debt financing, fundraising, and capital-raising strategies to support the M&A and corporate initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison with financial institutions and capital partners, proactively securing funding for individual projects and the broader portfolio.
• Update investor and AGM presentations and reach out to research analysts to secure research coverage.
• Manage treasury functions, overseeing financial instruments and ensuring capital liquidity for all strategic projects.

AVP, Corporate Finance (Real Estate)

• Proven track record of successfully raising substantial capital through bond issuance and other complex debt instruments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment principles, M&A processes, and the SGX takeover and listing rules.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years experience with a role focused on debt financing. Work experience in Singapore and/or the APAC market is essential.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, and analysis (DCF, IRR, comparable analysis).
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
