The Production Manager monitors daily performance of installation and production staff and subcontractor crews, ensures prompt communication with crews and customers, maintains quality control from product ordering through installation, handles hiring and terminations, reviews efficiency strategies, and resolves customer complaints.
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a good record, have at least five years of residential remodeling experience focused on replacement windows, at least two years of project management experience, and possess strong communication, customer service, and conflict‑resolution skills.
