Manage local purchases to ensure proper allocation and alignment with pricing as quoted
Process and manage WIP (work in progress) to ensure timely invoicing within cycle deadlines
Monitor maintenance contract variance, associated expenses and labor recap prior to payroll submissions
Collaborate with Product Support Manager to ensure effective resolutions
Monitor, track and manage warranty analysis reports and claims to CAT including rejected claims
Manage operational metrics as determined by key service indicators
Ensure all work order documentation is in order and filed accordingly
Process warranty work and associate Time Requirement Guides (TRG’s) for the Truck Service
Ensure timely and professional handling of customers, invoice inquiries and any other issues
Participate in safe work and environmentally sound behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/Program(s) and best practices
Process and submit Goodwill Claims
Implement processes required for WIP operations to ensure objectives are achieved/exceeded
