Prepare monthly demand letters for use by Property Management ("PM").
Takes proper safety precautions, anticipates unsafe circumstances, and acts accordingly to prevent accidents. Responsible for the safety of self, others, materials, and equipment. Uses all required safety equipment and follows all safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Reports all accidents and damage to BHP property.

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, particularly with multi-entity, multi-bank account company.
Experience using Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel

Strong critical thinking skillset.
Regular, predictable, in-person attendance is an essential function of this position.
