Novacom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead TI projects valued between $2 million and $10 million. The manager will oversee each project from startup through closeout, working closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and sub‑trades.
The ideal candidate has five to ten years of commercial construction experience, preferably as a Project Manager or Site Superintendent, and a post‑secondary or technical construction education. Strong communication, organization, budget management, and relationship‑building skills are required, along with proficiency in modern construction software and a valid driver’s licence for travel across the Lower Mainland.
- Possess 5–10 years of commercial construction experience, preferably as a Project Manager or Site Superintendent.
- Hold post‑secondary or technical education in construction (e.g., BCIT) and a valid driver’s licence.
- Demonstrate proficiency with modern construction software; Procore experience is an asset.
