- Traiter toute la correspondance administrative relative à la gestion de la Santé & Sécurité d'un projet de construction;
- Diplôme d'études secondaires et collégiales en secrétariat ou en administration de bureau ;
- Être responsable du programme d'embauche en conformité dans chaque province et vérifier que chaque sous-traitant satisfait aux exigences avant de commencer les travaux;
- Diriger, enregistrer et archiver toutes les communications et transmissions contractuelles;
- Grande mobilité géographique ;
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide ;
- Connaissance du secteur de la construction considérée comme un atout ;
- Valider que les exigences de qualité sont incluses dans le contrat du sous-traitant ou du fournisseur;
- Assurez-vous que les procès-verbaux de la réunion sont téléchargés dans le logiciel de gestion ;
- Anglais courant ;
- Traiter le formulaire d’embauche, l’envoyer au service de la paie et saisir les informations dans l’arborescence;
