Perform continuous improvement efforts by reviewing and enhancing business and ICT processes.
Manage consultants, contractors, and systems integrators for successful implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Collaborate with various airport stakeholders to develop business cases for new projects.
Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of ICT Infrastructure (Wired/Wireless).
Strategize and develop technical roadmaps, maintenance contracts, tech refresh, and implementation plans.
Lead and manage 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of ICT infrastructure.
Engage with internal and external vendors to review and propose technical solutions and key performance indicators.

Direct experience configuring network and security equipment.
Strong people skills with an ability to build rapport and consensus at all levels.
Professional and technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, or equivalent will be advantageous.
An inquiring mind to proactively identify potential cyber threats and develop action/mitigation plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or related discipline.
Collaborator with qualities of self-motivation, creativity, drive, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
