Description

• Operate all equipment and supplies properly and responsibly.
• Observe company protocols for guest and employee incident reporting.
• Adhere to lost and found procedures to ensure guest belongings are handled responsibly.
• Follow the company’s guest service recovery program to address and resolve guest concerns effectively.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks to meet required work volumes.
• Collaborate with other departments as a team player, contributing to the overall success of the property.
• Participate in all required department and hotel meetings.
• Safely handle and utilize housekeeping chemicals, following established procedures.
• Meticulously clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and ready for use.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Take ownership of guest satisfaction, delivering outstanding housekeeping services with efficiency and care.
• Respond promptly and positively to guest requests, providing the highest level of quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of carts, linens, rooms, and equipment.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and promptly report any issues.
• Comply with company policies regarding attendance, grooming, appearance, and work rules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to move around the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
• Be well-versed in hotel emergency procedures to act effectively in critical situations.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and predictable attendance is essential.
