  • Define and monitor Bl-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure value creation, adoption, and business impact.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of executive dashboards, KPls, and analytical models aligned with strategic and operational goals.
  • Promote Bl adoption and data literacy through training, enablement sessions, and stakeholder engagement with analytics tools.
  • Continuously refine Bl delivery processes through automation, standardization, retrospectives, and feedback loops to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage workload, priorities, and team career growth to ensure high-quality deliverables and strong team engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and data stewards to maintain consistent definitions, lineage, and security of enterprise data assets.
  • Align Bl initiatives with the enterprise data strategy, IT roadmap, and Sundt's long-term business plan for cohesive execution.
  • Encourage innovation and experimentation while maintaining alignment with enterprise governance and strategy.
  • Partner with leaders in Finance, Operations, Safety, HR, and other business units to identify analytic opportunities that translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.
  • Will lift, push or pull objects up to 501bs on an occasional basis.
  • Foster a customer service-first culture, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and quality deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce Bl development standards, naming conventions, and visualization best practices to ensure trust and consistency across reports.
  • Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies in a Bl environment.
  • Experience working in or supporting construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus.
  • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
  • 5+ years of experience leading Bl teams with a demonstrated track record of leading business transformation through data and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level narratives that drive action.
  • Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with supporting enterprise reporting standards, data governance, and metadata management initiatives.
  • Expertise in Bl and data visualization tools: Power Bl or similar, plus advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CBIP, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
