- Develop and communicate haul routes to maximize efficiency
- Monitoring dispatched trucks via technology from Samsara, NewMile, and other programs
- Inventory and tracking of trucks loaded vs load delivery time
- Coordinate with supplier and/or jobsite personnel to effectively and timely load trucks
- Effective reporting of trucking activities in the field
- Light maintenance of trucks in the field
- Maintain company and 3rd party haul relations

- 2-3 years administrative experience required
- Associates degree in related field preferred; may substitute for related experience
- Knowledge of construction, mining, or heavy manufacturing industry preferred
- Bilingual Spanish and English language skills highly preferred
- Attention to detail with multitasking ability, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Strong team player with collaborative skills
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to self-manage
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
