IT Manager

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT and OT systems across manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and partner companies.
• Coordinate multi-party projects and integrations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure applications are secure, compliant, and optimized for performance.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure supporting production and enterprise operations.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of key business applications (e.g., M365, ERP, MES, CRM, PLM).
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with corporate goals and manufacturing needs.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices across IT and OT environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align OT systems with IT standards and policies.
• Work closely with business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to lead and manage the entire IT infrastructure for our semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role encompasses both Information Technology(IT) and Operational Technology (OT) domains, ensuring seamless integration, security, and performance across all systems. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing external vendors and partner companies, and for planning, executing, and operating key business applications that support corporate functions.

• Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and cross-functional projects.
• 7+ years of experience in related field IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, MES) and their integration with IT.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor industry standards and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.
