Requirements
This role is ideal for someone with a process-driven mindset, and the communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and engage confidently with customers. You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our residential ducted products deliver best-in-class comfort, performance, and reliability.
Travel: 15% (primarily for new product launches)
- Inverter compressor technology
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to process, timelines, and details.
- Process driven and familiarity with product development, NPI, and commercialization processes.
- Good understanding (or ability to learn quickly) of:
- HVAC fundamentals
- Confident communicator with the ability to speak effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer and business value.
- Ducted system components (air handlers, evaporator coils, outdoor units, etc.)
- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC, ideally with exposure to residential ducted or inverter systems, heat pumps, or split systems.
Benefits
Salary: $115,000–$130,000, negotiable depending on experience
