  • Improve the scaling of successful AI use cases and solutions to increase value across business units and functions.

  • Support business unit leaders in the evaluation and assessment of AI tools, platforms, and vendors, staying aligned with global technology strategies, security requirements and SCM policies and procedures.
  • Ensure IT services, platforms, and support structures in global tech hubs and satellite delivery centers are "fit for purpose" to deliver high-quality and timely support to meet regional business needs.
  • Identify and support cross-functional digitalization opportunities in collaboration with franchise owners, IT partners, and Value Centers/Delivery Teams.
  • Lead a Digital Maturity Forum (DMF) for key data and AI leaders across the organization, encouraging collaboration, building a community, and aligning strategies.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in project management, problem solving, and driving transformation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and alignment with global initiatives such as Hub & Spoke, AI-by-Design, data mesh, and/or foundational tracks.
  • Experience in crafting organizational protocols, standards, and guidelines for new technologies.
  • 7+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in roles focused on changes in processes and workforce impact related to AI, automation, digital transformation, or related technologies.
  • Prior experience leading transformation initiatives in areas such as Robotic Process Automation, analytics, generative AI, and/or related digitalization projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a preferred focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business.
  • Understanding of data and AI enterprise architecture, and technology stack cost optimization and management.
  • Ability to travel 10%.
  • Strong experience coordinating forums, communities of practice, or governance boards around digital or AI topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of collaborators and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI and generative AI concepts and applications
Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $126,980 - $217,680. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
