Gather, analyze, and interpret data
Communicate daily with colleagues, clients, and contractors via phone, in-person, Teams, and text.
Collect noise, water, air, and/or building material samples
Building Material Sample Collection including Asbestos Assessments, Sampling, project oversight, and clearance testing; Lead-Based Paint Inspections; and Lead sampling

Minimum of 12 months performing Asbestos, lead paint, and mold surveys and abatement oversight
Knowledge of applicable regulations
Experience and aptitude drafting concise, detailed, and accurate work-performed reports.

BS degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, or related science field
Ability to work efficiently under general oversight and direction by a Senior Industrial Hygienist Professional
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Water Intrusion and Mold Assessments (Moisture Mapping, Visible suspect biological growth assessments, Mold Sampling and Clearance Protocols)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, clients, and others.
Experience with industrial hygiene, asbestos, mold, and lead sampling
Baseline AHERA certification coursework and California Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) certification (CAC preferred)
Effective communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Industrial Hygiene Assessments (Chemical Exposure, Noise, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Air Monitoring)
