The Senior Logistician will provide logistics and technical support to the H‑1 Helicopter Program team at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, acting as the V2X lead in coordinating contract requirements with the prime contractor.
- Lead V2X team in coordinating with the prime contractor to meet contract requirements.
- Provide technical advice and resolve issues related to H‑1 support.
- Manage facilities as applicable.
- Resolve personnel issues and report unresolved matters to senior management.
- Facilitate closure of all task orders associated with the contract.
- Assist employees in transitioning to the new contract and obtaining CAC and website access.
- Track and support required training activities.
- Gather, consolidate, and submit monthly CDRLs.
- Track and manage funding and charging requirements.

Candidates must hold a BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and have at least four years of hands‑on support for the H‑1 helicopter, including supply, technical, and management experience. Required skills include strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, knowledge of aviation supply/maintenance best practices, and attributes such as dependability, attention to detail, problem solving, and adaptability.
- BA/BS required; 4 years of H‑1 helicopter support experience can substitute the degree.
- Experience providing supply and technical support for the H‑1 helicopter program.
- Previous management experience supporting the H‑1 helicopter.
- Strong communication with customers, employees, and corporate staff.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, OneNote, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Knowledge of aviation supply/maintenance best practices.
- Self‑starter, dependable, detail‑oriented, and effective problem solver.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; adaptable and organized.
