Communicate with customers regarding service status and ETAs
Monitor service levels and technician productivity to meet SLAs
Schedule and dispatch service calls using a call management system
Support special projects and high-priority customers
Review and prioritize incoming calls based on urgency
Participate in conference calls and provide operational insights
Escalate urgent service or technician issues as needed
Coordinate parts ordering and shipment with technicians
Document customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction, and field issues
