Assist the development of schedules at different stages of the lifecycle, with the ability to analyse, and document inter-departmental and intra-departmental business process flows.
Support cost loading, resource allocation, and work bank maintenance.
Track project milestones, update progress, and flag delays or risks
Produce tender plans to aid bids and work with operations to ensure best opportunity presented
Prepare weekly look-ahead plans, dashboards, and Planned vs Actual reports.
Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
Provide project performance measurement and reporting.
Reviewing activity sequencing/phasing, durations, resources, and safety requirements with the operational teams, to ensure buildable programmes are developed, understood by the team, and submitted to the Internal Project Teams in line with contractual timescales.

Ability to interpret contractor plans and integrate them into master schedules
Proficiency in Primavera P6
Understanding of planning, schedule management, and change control.
