Ensure production and implementation of programmes, RAMS, Method statements, ITPs in line with company procedures.
Coordinate the works with foreman, site engineers and subcontractors.

Wills Bros have an opening for a experienced Site Agent for a large-scale roadworks and civil engineering Project in Co. Limerick. You will be responsible for managing specific project packages, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Experience working with a main contractor or subcontractor.
Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems to conclusion.
Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Site Agent position on a Roadwork project.
Ability to demonstrate the right behaviours and lead the team to ensure the culture is in line with our Company values.
Excellent communication, people and team management skills.
A third level qualification in Engineering or Construction Management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint, etc.
