Perform technical reviews, support regulatory oversight under CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, and State regulations.
As project technical support, develop conceptual site models; formulate problem statements and project objectives; develop site characterization plans, consult on remedial designs/optimization, ensure data sufficiency and quality for technical evaluations; perform data evaluations including analytical, mathematical, and modeling approaches; prepare technical reports.
As a task manager, provide leadership and oversight of planning, project team activities, and progress, deliverable quality, cost estimating, cost, and schedule control. Interact with internal and external customers (as directed) on technical, regulatory, and project scope/schedule/budget.

LG2 Environmental Solutions (LG2)
8-11 years of previous experience in planning and/or executing environmental investigation and remediation projects.
Demonstrated professional judgement, consistency, and attention to detail with a track record of high-quality work products
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to nationwide project sites, as needed.
Experience with hydrogeologic software, including but not limited to: data visualization (EVS, Leapfrog, or equivalent), numerical modeling software (Modflow or equivalent), data management/analysis software (Access, Equis, Mann Kendall, MAROS, etc), and other miscellaneous software (Surfer, etc).
Experience in reviewing and editing technical writing and regulatory reports.
Previous involvement in task managing project budgets
M.S. in hydrogeologic or related engineering field
Bachelor’s degree in hydrogeology, geology or related field
Experience and familiarity with CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, SDWA, and various DoD branches (i.e., USACE, Navy, U.S. Air Force) regulations and reporting requirements is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
California Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed.
