Contract Recruiter

Description

• Coordinate in-office interviews with key personnel.
• Source potential candidates through multiple channels.
• Network through various outlets such as industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees.
• Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking .
• Organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Draft job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

Requirements

• Direct experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering roles highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
