  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of communication systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical team to ensure the successful integration of communication systems in projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications Engineer to join our Operations and Maintenance (O&M) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of communication systems in our renewable energy projects.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Proven experience in communications engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of communication systems, components, and maintenance practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
