  • Maintain strong relationships with Registered Providers and manage affordable housing disposals
  • Support legal and technical due diligence and ensure key risks are tracked and addressed
  • Direct pre-planning activity and ensure all documents are accurate, timely and fit for submission
  • Share knowledge and support junior team members as part of a collaborative team culture
  • Prepare and review viability models, cash flows and sensitivity analyses
  • Represent Hill in meetings with local authorities, clients, landowners and consultants
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align design, planning and commercial strategy
  • Lead project programmes and coordinate teams to meet milestones and mitigate risk
  • Manage consultant teams, budgets and performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Own the end-to-end management of land-led and JV schemes through acquisition, planning and handover

  • Degree in Land Management, Planning or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of planning policy, technical constraints and due diligence

  • A proactive problem-solver who brings clarity and confidence to complex situations
  • Member of (or working towards) RICS or RTPI
  • Commercially astute with experience preparing and reviewing appraisals
