Community Engagement Executive

The ideal candidate will help us grow our architect network, highlight stories, and establish strong local collaborations — both through online meetings and on-ground outreach.

• Conducted workshops and initiated community engagement.
• Coordinate home builder stories and assist content creators with inputs.
• Collaborate with local influencers per year to promote architect visibility.
• Approach construction material shops and tradesmen for collaborations and listings.
• Identify and share architect stories for our social media and blog features.
• Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
• Represent YellowAntNest professionally during meetings, events, and site visits.

We’re looking for a proactive and confident individual who can build partnerships with architects, construction material shops, and local influencers.

• Early traction in digital presence and consultations.
• Strong domain expertise in architecture, construction, and space design.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in sales, architecture, or marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Marketing, or any related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Kannada/Hindi preferred).
• Deep understanding of architecture principles and client needs.
• Self-driven with the ability to handle both field and digital coordination.
• Onboarded architects and projects already available for sale.
• Experience in design operations and managing projects, teams, and freelancers.

• Fixed pay: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience)
