The Community Assistant supports the Community Manager by handling financial and operational tasks such as accounting, monthly close‑out reporting, invoice processing, rent collection, bank deposits, reconciliations, and using property‑management software to track the community’s finances.
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance). Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, may involve occasional travel, and includes on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation is determined by business requirements, experience, skills, and geographic location. Corporate positions may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs, while onsite property positions can qualify for weekly, monthly, or quarterly incentive plans.
