The Service Manager will lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, using EquipmentShare's proprietary T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues across hundreds of equipment makes and models. Real‑time data enables rapid root‑cause analysis and corrective action, allowing the team to work smarter, not harder.
- Coordinate and supervise quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
- Schedule repairs for customer and company‑owned rental equipment.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure full satisfaction.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide employee training, development, and ensure a safe work environment.

The role demands physical ability to move, stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, and it is safety‑sensitive, requiring a 10‑panel drug screen and background check prior to employment.
