This role will ideally be based in Wellington, however we are open to exploring other locations for the right candidate.
- Accredited tertiary qualifications in Engineering with Structural Engineering expertise.
- Full work rights to work and live in New Zealand.
- Ability and desire to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Demonstrated expertise with the delivery of Civil Structures projects (bridges, culverts, pumpstations, etc).
- Strong working knowledge of relevant NZ codes and standards.
- Experience in leading and designing civil structures such as retaining walls, bridges, culverts, gantries, and sign supports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders, authorises, clients and contractors at all levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of multiple high-profile projects concurrently in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management skillset to contribute and lead bids, tenders and proposals.
