Description

• Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses for buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions.
• Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assess working capital, net debt, and other key deal metrics.
• Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports and executive summaries.
• Assist with data book preparation, data room management, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and validate financial data.
• Support valuation analysis and transaction structuring as needed.
• Present findings and insights in client meetings and calls.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and pitch materials.
• Stay informed on industry trends, accounting standards, and M&A market activity.

Requirements

The Transaction Advisory Services team is looking for a motivated Transaction Advisory Associate. The role is suited for professionals with accounting or finance backgrounds who are passionate about M&A, financial due diligence, and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions, including Quality of Earnings analyses for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA progress preferred; CFA, ASA, MST a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, audit, or financial due diligence.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data‑room platforms a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
