The Service Coordinator at Moduline Homes manages and coordinates service, warranty, and repair activities for modular homes. This role acts as the primary point of contact between homeowners, vendors, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality resolution of service requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in construction or housing-related service coordination.
Key responsibilities include receiving, documenting, and tracking service calls, warranty claims, and repair requests; scheduling and coordinating service technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; and communicating clearly with customers about timelines, expectations, and resolutions. The coordinator reviews warranty coverage, maintains accurate service records and work orders, orders and tracks necessary materials, and collaborates with production, sales, and installation teams to resolve issues while meeting quality and safety standards. Follow-up after service completion ensures customer satisfaction, and the role supports reporting, service metrics, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or construction-related training preferred, and at least two years of experience in service coordination, customer service, warranty administration, or construction-related roles. Candidates should have knowledge of modular homes or manufactured housing, strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and service management software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
