As an Assistant Project Manager you will contribute independently to smaller or less complex projects from establishment through handover, under the guidance of a Project Manager or Director of Projects. You will be responsible for managing all phases of these projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and JLL procedures.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and fortnightly project updates to tenants for capital works projects
- Prepare and distribute project updates for operations projects
- Draft and maintain ongoing updates to project briefs
- Prepare comprehensive completion reports upon project closure
- Process project invoicing according to client requirements and JLL procedures
- Track and document project variations, ensuring proper approvals
- Establish and maintain project budgets in line with client requirements
- Maintain anticipated cost reports, cash flows, and accruals
- Assist in preparing initial project briefings for client approval
- Create detailed overall project programmes with clear milestones
- Manage minor projects independently
- Draft vendor RFQ/RFTs, write scopes, and conduct tendering
- Confidently manage multiple project deliveries from briefing to completion and DLP closure
- Manage financial tracking and reporting across multiple concurrent projects
