Tasks

-Observe and ensure that the procurement control is maintained and current in its content. -Assist in the establishment and maintenance of all controls required for the effective management of the Head Contract e.g. variation register etc. -Review of legitimacy of, and undertake the assessment of, subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction team. -Provide support to the project team for the effective management of subcontractor and supplier payments in accordance with the contract terms (including any security of payment requirements). -Provide support in the development and implementation of forecasting and cost control processes / strategy, including the identification of roles and responsibilities within the project team to permit open and transparent reporting. -Under the direction of the Commercial / Contract Manager, support the implementation of the project's commercial and contractual strategies. -Actively participate in the trade forecasting in conjunction with the Engineers -Provide support in the development and maintenance of the project agreement templates (including subcontract agreements, supply agreements, professional services agreements etc.)
