- Installs CCTV pole and mounts (up to 100ft in air), tolling gantry mounts for antennas and cameras, deploying UPS batteries (which weigh up to 75 lbs.) and loads and transports tolling cabinets via bucket trucks.
- Supports and maintains Tolling and ITS systems and equipment by installing, troubleshooting problems and equipment failures, replacing defective parts, upgrading and installing software, completing cabling and wiring, and documenting work.
- Documenting work through ticketing system and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Completes cabling and wiring of ITS cabinets and gantries. This is achieved through means of understanding color coded cable.
- Installs loops at tolling locations which requires continuous bending and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Interfaces equipment to hardware, configures IP based equipment by running commands with the ability to understand Linux OS.
- Works with analytics team to resolve issues.
