Clinical Project Manager

Description

• Leading client account development from start to finish, including preparing quotes, proposals, and progress reports.
• Conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify improvements.
• Building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating best prices, and obtaining key documentation (e.g. CoA, MSDS, stability data).
• Tracking project timelines and deliverables, managing changes in scope, and implementing contingency plans where needed.
• Coordinating logistics with client and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely delivery of medicinal products worldwide.
• Contribute to delivering life-changing clinical trial supplies to patients around the world.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• 3+ years experience in a project or account management capacity, ideally within life sciences or a commercial environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• A degree in a scientific discipline (Masters or PhD desirable).
• Experience with enterprise resource or stock control systems is advantageous.
