This is a rewarding and challenging Senior Building Manager role, working closely with the Building Management Committee and Owners Corporations to ensure a high-profile residential site is managed and maintained to an excellent standard.
- Managing contractors, consultants, and service providers
- Liaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members
- Supervision of Asset Management and Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Coordinating and responding to reactive repairs
- Scheduling statutory certification activities and inspections of common property
- Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records
- Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance
