The tax position is within Technip India’s finance department. The incumbent will manage direct tax compliance for Technip India and non‑resident entities, support intra‑group transactions, tax litigation and advisory, and maintain working knowledge of GST and FEMA. Coordination with the Group Tax Department on tax structure and clause review is also required.

• Deliver on time and accurate tax returns, TDS/withholding tax return, advance tax workings, and tax provisioning.
• Coordinate and support statutory audits, tax audits, group tax reporting, MIS reporting, and transfer pricing filings.
• Manage all direct tax compliance for Technip India and other non‑resident Technip Group entities with a tax presence in India.
• Support intra‑group transactions, tax litigation, assessments, compliance, and tax advisory activities.
• Maintain working knowledge of GST and FEMA regulations.
• Finalize tax structures in coordination with the Group Tax Department, review tax clauses from an income tax perspective, and prepare tax slide decks.

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6‑10 years of industry experience—preferably in EPC—covering direct tax, transfer pricing, and international tax. Candidates should have 2‑3 years of Big Four experience, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, analytical thinking, drafting ability, and the capacity to work independently and lead a team.

• Strong background in the EPC industry.
