- Drive cultural integration by helping employees understand and adopt company values and ways of working
- Advise on TUPE and organisational change, ensuring legal compliance and supporting smooth employee transitions
- Coach leaders through change, giving them the tools and confidence to communicate effectively and create a positive employee experience
- Develop and deliver integration plans that align HR policies, processes, payroll, benefits, and organisational structures after completion
- Capture lessons learned and help improve M&A playbooks for future projects
- Support talent retention and engagement by identifying key employees and creating strategies to maintain morale and continuity
- Manage governance and reporting by tracking milestones, risks, KPIs, and keeping senior stakeholders informed
- Lead HR due diligence by reviewing employment terms, organisational structures, benefits, and compliance risks, while providing people-related insights for business case modelling

- Proven HR experience delivering M&A, TUPE, integration, organisational design, or workforce change.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at pace.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insight.
- Experience coaching leaders through change and ambiguity.
- Knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE regulations, and people risk assessment.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complexity and influence outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
