

Provides non‑hazardous solid & liquid waste management, soil remediation and recycling services across North America.
The position supports the organization by serving industrial‑focused clients, requiring responsible and reliable candidates. The role involves providing operational assistance to keep services running smoothly.
Daily duties include driving and operating various units such as vacuum, hydrovac and high‑pressure equipment, handling hoses and pumps, performing vehicle inspections, preparing and verifying work permits and paperwork, refueling trucks, reporting mechanical or equipment issues, and cleaning and decontaminating the vehicle after use while always following health, safety and environmental guidelines.
Candidates must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and have good physical ability. The role is safety‑critical and employment is conditional upon successful medical, physical and drug/alcohol screening. GFL is an equal‑opportunity employer that welcomes applications from all qualified persons.
