Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants across industries is essential for future leases, sales, or purchases.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid state real estate license, and a driver’s license. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, strong collaboration, organizational and analytical abilities, and advanced financial knowledge, including percentage, discount, and commission calculations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the capacity to interpret complex documents, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment are also required.
