Senior Architect

Description

• Oversee design documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows using relevant software.
• Interface with client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination with structure, MEPF, and landscape teams.
• Lead design development and coordination for Mixed-Use, Sports Complex, and Hospitality projects, institutional, museums and any other type of building of significant scale.
• Contribute to strategic design thinking and conceptual innovation within the studio.
• Conduct design reviews, manage RFIs, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams to maintain quality and design integrity.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary developments.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Passion for design excellence and sustainable architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong command of ; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or related tools is an advantage.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder projects or international design collaborations.
• Minimum 2 years of (onsite) work experience, preferably in design or coordination roles.
• Excellent understanding of Construction systems, detailing, and project delivery processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
